Indivisible is meeting in Shadyside, but for anyone who would like to join me, I'll be right outside the Irvin Works U.S. Steel Corporation in West Mifflin, even if I am there by myself.
They felt there wasn't much use in chasing him and trying to bypass inevitable security barriers. They didn't want to appear to be protesting the steel workers, which I understand. Their message is Pittsburgh is too busy rallying in support of steelworkers to be bothered by TACO’s visit. I get it, but I don't agree. This is an emotionally unstable toddler who caves when people pressure him (see: TACO).
It appears there are two entrances to the plant, so my best guess is they will use the Camden Hill Road entrance, so I'll be posted up here:
He's supposed to arrive at the county airport at 4:30, speech to begin at 5:00. I plan to arrive to this grassy triangle area at 4:30. I plan to park quite a bit away and walk to the area. I hope to see some of you there!
Just one note: 50501 Pittsburgh is not holding the protest in Shadyside today. The group that is holding it is Pittsburgh Women for Democracy. They are a group under the Indivisible banner.
